Morning Routine!

  1. Waking up go straight to morning prayer in bed; this is my absolute must, a talkative time with my LORD ;p


  2. Then I go for a walk with music in my ear; only 30 minutes or so will make a huge difference in my mood and energy.

  3. My current energy drink; which is Korean Ginseng to help my body get back to its homeostasis state.

  4. Lunch + Supplement Regimen which include Vit.D3+K2, Vit. B Complex, and Omega-3 (these three is a must), among some other Nootropic supplement like GABA, L-Tyrosine & 5-HTP.

  5. Creativity time!!! (either taking product picture for my small business or writing this blog, or maybe some cooking time :))


I'd say this first 5 step setting up my mood and energy for the day and eventually shape who I am monthly, yearly and so on. So, little daily increments/ routines and enjoying the flow of life as how it goes day by day:)


I don't say it is perfectly what's going on every single day; but this 5 points is crucial for my health and overall well-being. So I try my best to stick to it :) And everyday might look different in terms of how I feel energetically or mood in general.
